Network marketing is here and building in popularity as people begin to take back control of their lives, establish passive incomes, find gratification in helping people and get to go on some of the most fantastic holidays with exceptional teammates (my Australianism for you).

SEE DO & TEACH
When first starting out in nursing, University prepares you mentally and intellectually for aspects of what is expected of you. When it comes practically applying information, procedures and other activities to the ward and/or doing them to patients, it is very different. This model has changed a lot in recent years; however, the model below is strong.
In network marketing, and indeed many other areas of business, the simple model of See Do & Teach “one” will allow for creating efficiency teaching your team and setting your culture. It will require some additional effort, to begin with; however, the outcomes typically pay for themselves in the long run.
See, this is where you want the person to observe what it is that you are wanting them today. Explain to them the expected outcome; there’s anything that must be done in anything any set order, to get to the desired outcome. This can be applied in a three-way conversation, presenting, inviting and even prospecting. Don’t get caught up in the showers, think about the intent and the application in that given situation
Have the person “do” the activities just send them out and wish them the best of luck, do you want to be actively supporting them, breaking down any limiting beliefs associated with the activity. Here is where you will see people’s fears become evident, and you want to be building their belief in the activity that you are getting them today. The analogy used is a table if the table has two legs it mostly will fall over, if it has three legs it is the little bit more stable, has four legs even more stable, you get the point. All of the leaders is to help your team build as much legs/belief/ references under the activity to help strengthen their business.
“Teach”, is one of the best ways to apply what you have learnt in an applicable way. With this, you need to understand the content to be able to teach it. How many times have you gone out and learn something and then not been able to apply it? Ever invested your time, money, and effort in understanding new content/ information; but you didn’t actually go out and apply for whatever the reason. Developing the see, do and teach model as a culture within your organisation you to be able to learn new bits of information in a way where you can articulate it for other people.
The power of network marketing comes from duplication. Do want your team to be doing what you’re doing to build the business? For those of us achievers who believe you’re the only one who can do that activity and do it the best. As a leader, you want to be supporting your downline your team and your Crossline to be able to teach the activity as well. Think about the way that you’re teaching, and sharing your information with other people. How much of a difference would it be ¼ of your team were able to do what you do?
